The Access: Network has been evolving services for people facing the challenges of disability and mental illness for over 60 years. The Guidance Center of Westchester offers essential and lasting support to those in our communities challenged by mental illness, substance abuse, poverty, and homelessness. It empowers its participants to become active members of their community through education, treatment, housing, rehabilitative, and vocational services.
New York Families for Autistic Children empowers people with autism and developmental disabilities to live richer, independent and fulfilling lives. It provides at-home and community-based services that support people’s wellbeing, so that they may enjoy meaningful relationships with friends and family, grow and fully participate in their communities.
Meaningful NY is a New York State authorized provider of Home and Community-Based Waiver Services. It offers a comprehensive range of self-direction services, including fiscal intermediary services. As a Fiscal Intermediary, it works closely with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families to support the full range of their self-direction needs including administrative and billing support.
