Our Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHC) in Orange, Ulster and Dutchess counties provide coordinated, comprehensive mental health and substance use services for people of all ages.
The CCBHC model is designed to make care easier to access and better connected. Services are integrated and community-based, meaning individuals and families can receive mental health care, substance use treatment, primary care coordination, crisis services, and ongoing support in one system of care.
CCBHCs focus on:
- Access to care, including crisis services and same-day assessments when possible
- Coordinated treatment, bringing providers and services together
- Whole-person care, addressing physical health, behavioral health, and social needs
- Support across the lifespan, for children, teens, adults, and families
The goal is simple: accessible, high-quality behavioral health care that strengthens individuals, families, and communities.
No one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay. There is a discounted/sliding fee schedule and application available based on family size and income.
