Housing & Employment Services
Our supported and affordable housing programs offer secure, accessible homes that promote independence and long-term stability. Whether at one of our affordable housing sites or anywhere throughout the community, each person receives the support they need to find success including help with budgeting, life skills, community engagement, and lease management.
Our employment supports help people explore career interests, build job-ready skills, and achieve meaningful, lasting employment. Services include career exploration and pre-vocational training, individualized vocational skill building, job placement and transition support, and ongoing on-the-job coaching to promote long-term success. We collaborate with vocational rehabilitation and other integrated services to provide comprehensive support.
Access: Business Solutions provides high-quality manufacturing and business services, including custodial and total facilities maintenance, while creating real job opportunities for people of all abilities.
