  • Meaningful skill-building

Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities Services

Our residential services provide safe, supportive homes designed to meet individuals where they are, whether they need 24/7 supervision or more independent living with flexible support. Support can include development of daily living skills, medication and health coordination, budgeting, home management, community safety, and social engagement. Families can expect compassionate, well-trained staff, clear communication, and stable, nurturing homes.

Our community-based programs support children, teens, and adults in building skills and confidence at home and in the community. Through Day Habilitation and Community Habilitation, participants receive structured group programming or individualized one-on-one support focused on daily living skills, social development, and greater independence. Families choose our programs for their flexible scheduling, personalized goals, and skilled, caring staff who help individuals succeed in everyday life.

Through Self-Direction, a person chooses the supports that matter most — including who provides them, what goals to focus on, and how time is structured. Services are built around the person’s interests, strengths, and daily life.

A person can select staff, set schedules, and focus on meaningful skill-building, while families can remain closely involved in planning and decision-making.

Our role is to provide guidance and support throughout the process. We assist with:

  • Understanding and managing the individual budget
  • Hiring and supporting staff
  • Completing required documentation and meeting program guidelines

Self-Direction keeps the person at the center, while ensuring the structure and support needed for services to run smoothly.
