A: The individuals. I love making them happy; it makes my heart smile.

A: Reaching my 20-year mark and being recognized.

Q: If you could do another job for just one day, what would it be?
A: Talk show host, like Ellen DeGeneres. I would love to give away items to people and make a difference in their lives.
