Veteran Support Program
We have seen the challenges veterans endure in trying to obtain services after returning home from service to their country. Often, these men and women have physical and emotional needs, and lack access to the resources that can help them live healthy and fulfilled lives. Our goal is to provide our communities’ veterans and their families the service and support that they need for employment, housing, behavioral health and substance use disorders, and a connection to essential community resources.
In our pursuit to support Veterans we are actively partnering with organizations that share our mission and goals. We have also added a Veteran’s Liaison as part of the staff in the Access Network, providing a bridge between our local veterans and Access’ services.
Together, we can enrich and strengthen the communities we all share and live in.
