Greater Hudson Valley Health Center honors Access: Supports for Living among the 2016 Pillars honorees

Access: Supports for living is honored to be one of the recipients of the Greater Hudson Valley Health Center’s 2016 Pillars of the Community Awards. The relationship between Access and the Greater Hudson Valley Health Center is one of great significance and importance to us. Our partnership is one based on mutual goals- ensuring the people in the Hudson Valley have access to the healthcare and supports and services they need to achieve health and wellbeing at a sustainable cost. Both of our organizations place the health of the Hudson Valley at the core of our value systems. Our partnership allows us both to continue making strides toward a healthier community.
