Core Services
Community Oriented Recovery and Empowerment (CORE) Services allow Medicaid beneficiaries with behavioral or mental health conditions or substance use disorders to receive support services in their home or in their community.
Community Psychiatric Support & Treatment – achieve goals through counseling or therapy.
Family Support & Training – enhances relationships and engages the family in the recovery process.
Psychosocial Rehabilitation – increase confidence at work, home, educational settings, and the community through rehabilitation counseling, skill building and psycho-educational interventions. Reach for educational and vocational goals.
Empowerment Services & Peer Support – connect with peers for resilience, rehabilitation, and recovery.
People 21 years+ insured by a Medicaid managed care plan. Health and Recovery Plan (HARP) eligible.
