Employee Spotlight: Paul Henning

Q: What’s your position at Access, and how long have you worked here?
A: I’ve been working at Access since 2016 as a Com Hab worker. I worked a few other places before that, building enough experience to get the job I wanted at Access.

Q: What do you like most about working at Access?
A: On my first day, someone gave me a pep talk about helping people live rewarding lives, and it inspired me. It’s pushed me to work harder for the people we serve.

Q: What’s your proudest moment at Access?
A: One of the folks I work with was featured in the annual gala video, and seeing him recognized and the way his family reacted make me feel so proud of him. I felt like I had a part in that.

Q: If you could do another job for just one day, what would it be?
A: Professional baseball player. I’m on a league and I play right field and first base.

Q: If Hollywood made a movie about your life, who would you like to be cast as you, and why?
A: Everyone says I look like Ed Norton, but I don’t see the resemblance. I don’t know anyone better, though. Someone beautiful, hopefully.
